I often see other realtors or for sale by owner properties marketed with an ill-planned step-up approach. i.e. Start with a sign on the property, then list on the MLS, then a week or two later they run an ad in the paper, then a week later they host an open house, then if it still hasn't sold they print a flyer. Boo! My BLITZ approach is a concentrated effort to employ a barrage of networking and marketing tools in a short period of time. This results in a strong number of showings a short period of time. The result: very often is a strong offer (or better yet, multiple offers).
